Nicole & Brian – Preview
June 25, 2010 – 7:29 pmThe 2010 wedding season is off to a tremendous start and I am having a great time capturing all of the awesomeness that it entails. Nicole and Brian were married in Saratoga Springs on June 18th. I knew from the moment I began heading north that it would be a great day. The weather was more than agreeable; sunny and 78 as the pre-ceremony got under way. Nicole was visibly excited, but did her best to remain calm. The ace photographic team from Joe Elario Photography made creative, but quick work of an early formal photo session. Then, it was off to Saratoga Unedited Methodist Church for the ceremony and on to Saratoga National for and elegant reception. This is when things got beautifully interesting. JP Elario made me sign a contract of secrecy, then blindfolded me and threw me into the back of a golf cart. When the blindfold was removed, I thought I had died and gone to cinematic heaven. The sun was a golden glow as it lingered in the evening sky; perfectly accenting a field of tall summer grasses. As Brian and his new bride spent a few carefree moments together, I could see bliss in their eyes as they relaxed into the sunset.
